Flayosc, in the Var
All the comfort in your home

VILLAVAR.NL - about the house
Brand new, delivered in 2024.
6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - together with a very spacious living room (49 m2) this makes the house a pleasant living space.
Lovely showers and powerful air conditioning.
New refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and cooktop—all from SMEG. There's a 43-inch TV (with Dutch channels).
A 66 m2 terrace - with natural shade and a beautiful view.
Your dog is very welcome - we have fenced the property with a 1m20 high fence.
And... a very beautiful setting. Surrounded by greenery.
Three quarters of an hour from the sea (St. Maxime) and 1 hour from Nice.

THE ROOMS
The rooms are spacious and all have a double bed. One room has a Viking box-spring bed, one has a Tempur mattress, and one has an Ikea mattress. There are two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub.

Swimming pool
1.50m deep with a flat bottom. And with a sand filter (so no chlorine tablets).

THINGS TO DO
Wine
Domaines Ott, Berne, Minuty, and Miraval are all (very) nearby. The Cave Cooperative in Flayosc also has wonderful wines. (www.cellierdes3collines.com)
Golf
From a friendly 5-hole par 3 in Salernes to a fabulous 18-hole course with sea views. (www.lefregateprovence-golfclub.com)
Bicycle
Mountain biking is called VTT here, or "Vélo tout terrain." Several very challenging routes have been laid out in the hills, some of which start in the village.
Water
The Gorges du Verdon are almost as famous as the Grand Canyon—and rightly so! The sea offers several options—the ferry (Bateaux Verts) from St. Maxime to St. Tropez is a classic.
Tennis & Padel
There's a friendly club in the village that opens its courts to visitors for a small fee.
Beach clubs
Of course, there are many options. Our two favorites in St. Maxime are Plage 44 (le44plage.com) and Les Elephants (www.facebook.com/yveslarousse).

We had a wonderful time here. The pool was perfect, the garden was peaceful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. You can tell that every detail has been taken into account.

A beautiful and peaceful spot surrounded by nature. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Our dog also enjoyed the enclosed garden.
